Refund Procedure

ITExamsTest repayment procedure is very simple, you just to follow the following the steps.

  • E-mail the scanned enrollment slip in the certification exam to be acquainted with the time of your registration.
  • E-mail the Result copy.
  • Transaction ID you purchased from ITExamsTest.
  • Given name and payment process.
  • Our e-mail for repayment is (support@itexamstest.com)

You will be paid after providing the above required things with the 7 working days or your own desire you can acquire another product which can assist you to surpass the certification exam.

Repayment Policy

To avoid scamming and continue the money back guarantee service we have to make sure that:

  • The client must have studied the product no less than 7 days.
  • The client must have appeared in the certification exam.
  • The client must have gotten our product in the last 90 days.
  • Repayment agreement is not offered for "non- proctored" exam i.e. exams available online without a proctor.
  • Repayment agreement is not applicable for a few Apple, Cloudera, HP, SAP and Oracle Exams.
  • Expired Exams (Clients who used our latest products for expired exams)
  • We are apologies to repayment, if the client had purchased or downloaded wrong products.
